ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Before posting back any item/s purchased from our online store, please ensure the return meets the following returns conditions:
Full priced items (including 10% OFF sign-up offer) – eligible for full refund or exchange for a store credit (valid for 3 years) to be used online or in-store.
Sale items – non-refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note to be used online or in-store (valid for 3 years).
Item/s are to be returned to us within 14 days of when the order was placed to the following address at the customer’s own cost. Download and complete our Returns Form and include it with your return parcel.

All returned items are to be returned unworn, unwashed, new and with tag still attached. Item/s which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
A direct exchange can only be made if you would like to change the size of your garment. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please request an online store credit to then purchase the new item on a separate online order.
For a speedy full-price exchange we recommend purchasing the alternate size or garment in a new order to secure it knowing you we receive a full refund once we receive the returned item/s.
IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
Before bringing back any item/s purchased from one of our stores, please ensure the return meets the following returns conditions:

Item/s are to be returned within 7 days of the purchase date at any of the following store locations:

SHIPPING
We Use Australia Post Express satchels with signature required (most post codes are covered for next day delivery, please use Australia post website to find out if your post code is covered for this service) there may be a delay with sale items. Please place orders before 12pm for same day dispatch. If you require urgent dispatch please make contact with our online manager via phone 0416480723
Australia - Deliveries for orders over the value of $140.00 are free.
Orders under $140.00 will incur an $14.99 Express delivery charge.
Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit note.
If you select In-store Pick up, please allow at least 48 hours for your item to be available for pick up. Alternatively you can call the selected store to check whether its available for pick up sooner than the 48 hour time frame. Just make sure you bring in your order confirmation via email. Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number. Track your parcel using your tracking code via this link: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
