This website www.azalia.com.au (site) is owned and operated by AZALIA BOUTIQUE PTY LTD (ACN: 14 603 740 629 (Azalia).
The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, the Azalia Boutique service, website, online store and products.
Azalia Boutique asks all customers to read the following carefully before making a purchase. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception.
Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, at all times, to Azalia Boutique. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers and website visitors.

Your use of and/or continued access to the Site constitutes an agreement by you that you accept and agree to abide and be bound by the Terms as amended. If you object to any of the Terms, or any amendments, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the Site.
If you violate the Terms, Henne may immediately terminate your right to use and access the Site.
Azalia proudly curates a collection of brands to provides customers with a range of fashion clothing, accessories and shoes from loved labels, including some of Australia’s leading brands.
Azalia welcomes everyone to use and enjoy the products and service/s we have to offer. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse access to those that we deem as having misused our service in any way, in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
We retain the right to make amendments to our service, brand, products or prices, at any time without notice or consequence.
USE OF SITE
Any unlawful use of the site or action which violates any right of Azalia is prohibited by the Terms or potentially detrimental to the image or reputation of Azalia. In particular, it is a condition of your use of and/or access to the site that you do not do any of the following:
- disrupt or interfere with in any way the site or the content;
- disrupt or interfere with in any way any server, software, hardware or equipment, operated by Azalia or third parties, that is connected to or via the site;
- violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- distribute through the site (or send to email addresses listed on this site) any inappropriate communication in any form, including obscene, harassing, pornographic, abusive, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, threatening or offensive material; or
- bypass any security mechanisms imposed by the site.
Azalia reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of any use of the site.

If you register for an account online at azalia.com.au or place an order, please:
- keep your login details and password secure;
- provide accurate, current and complete information as requested;
- maintain and update as necessary any information provided.
The content on www.azalia.com.au including all information, data, text, graphics, images, sound files, software, advertisements and other material (Content), is and remains at all times the property of Azalia and its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
The Content must only be used in accordance with the Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified by the licensors of the Content. In particular, you must not:
- download, republish, retransmit, reproduce or otherwise use any item of the Content as a stand-alone file;
- modify or otherwise make derivative works of the Site or the Content;
- remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the Content;
- use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; nor
- use the Site or the Content other than for its intended purpose.
All names, logos and trademarks are the property of Azalia. Nothing should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any name, logo or trademark without the express prior permission of Azalia or the relevant contributor.
We reserve the right to refuse access or take further action, including legal, against persons who violate our rights as intellectual property holders.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Customers are always welcome to browse products available for purchase online at www.azalia.com.au and are encouraged to contact us for further information or recommendations.
Once you have selected your chosen products, you will be prompted through our online checkout. You will be required to provide us with certain pieces of personal information, in order to successfully confirm your order. Refusal to provide one or more of the required pieces of information may affect your ability to place an order with Azalia.
Please ensure all of the personal details you have entered are complete and accurate, particularly your shipping address. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been shipped, and any errors in shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
Full payment is required at the completion of checkout. If for whatever reason, payment cannot be taken, you are free to make further attempts, however, we cannot provide a guarantee that your desired stock will remain available.
Once payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, including an order number, which is to be quoted in any customer service correspondence with our Azalia Boutique customer service team.
Azalia will always endeavour to package and ship orders the same or next business day. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept any cancellations on any order/s.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
The following terms only apply for items purchased online.
We Use Australia Post Express Satchels with signature required. Most post codes are covered for next day delivery and you can access the Australia post website to find out if your post code is covered for this service.
There may be a delay with sale items, however, to prevent delay please place orders before 12pm for same day dispatch. If you require urgent dispatch, please make contact with our Online Store Manager via phone on 0415 657 886
Australian deliveries for orders over the value of $100 are free of charge. Orders under $100 will incur an $10.50 express delivery charge. Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit note.
If you select ‘In-store Pick up’ please allow at least 48 hours for your item to be available for pick up. Alternatively, you can call the selected store to check whether its available for pick up sooner. Please bring along a copy of your order confirmation (sent via email) to present upon collection.
Once your order is packed and dispatched you will receive an email to the address provided at checkout with a tracking number to track it’s whereabouts online at: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS
Any delays experienced after your order has been dispatched will need to be followed up with our parcel carrier, Australia Post, direct on 13 76 78. You can track your items following the link provided in your dispatch email or by clicking here.
In the event of a missing or damaged parcel, an investigation will need to be lodged with Australia Post by the customer by calling 13 76 78 and quoting the tracking number provided. It can take up to 10 business days to receive an initial update on the whereabouts of the parcel, status of the investigation and/or resolution (SLA). During this time Frankly Eco cannot be held responsible and therefore offer any replacement or refund (for postage only) until the parcel is located or the investigation is resolved by the parcel being delivered or deemed as 'lost'.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note our Return Policy is different if you have made a purchase in-store. We offer an exchange / credit note on full priced items only for change of mind.
Azalia is only able to accept returns for refund on products that are deemed as faulty or damaged.
If any of your products have arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact Azalia Boutique directly via e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We may require corresponding photographs to properly assess your product. If it is declared faulty we will provide a replacement product as soon as possible.
We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds simply for a change of mind. Our friendly team is always available to assist you in selecting the right products for you.
Azalia Boutique offers Zip Pay payment option. This is a third-party payment provider and Azalia accepts no responsibility for its usage.

Azalia gift cards can only be redeemed at www.azalia.com.au
If your total purchase is less than your gift card value please hold onto your Gift Card confirmation email and code as you will be able to use the same code to redeem the remaining amount within the expiration time frame.
There is strictly no exchange or refund on gift card purchases or products purchased with an gift cards, unless faulty. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Azalia may occasionally run sales and/or promotional offers for our customers, followers and website subscribers. These may be advertised through our social media accounts or e-mail promotions.
Special offers may include, but are not necessarily limited to: special prices, discount codes, giveaways, competitions, two for one offers, or spend and save offers. Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have specific conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout, before proceeding to the payment page. No discounts will be applied retrospectively. Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and postage fees may apply. Online at franklyeco.com only one coupon code can be applied.
Prizes won in promotional giveaways are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Azalia reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, without consequence.
Promotions (competitions and giveaways) promoted on our social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram.
All entries are open to residents of Australia only who are aged 15 years and over and have an account on Instagram and/or Facebook, enabling them to submit an entry in accordance with the entry details specified in the promotion post.
Instructions on how to enter each competition or giveaway form part of the conditions of entry as outlined in our Promotion Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
By subscribing to www.azalia.com.au we will use your subscribed e-mail address to keep you up to date with the latest products, promotions, sales, giveaways and more available on the site.
You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe function at the base of our email/s or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will always be welcome to re-join us.
First time subscribers will be eligible to a 10% discount using the unique code displayed in the thank you message. It is the subscribers responsibility to code this code for use. This is discount code can only be used once per subscribed email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azalia cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage that any person may suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing our website or utilising our service or products.
